3 Astronauts Arrive on Earth from the Space Station

Three astronauts who served at the International Space Station or space station , arrived safely to earth on Saturday, April 16, 2021.

The Russian space agency Roscosmos reported that the three astronauts landed on earth using the Russian-made Soyuz MS-17 spacecraft. The plane landed in Kazakhstan on Saturday, April 16, 2021 at around 04:55 local time.

The MS-17 spacecraft, carrying NASA astronaut Kate Rubins, Russian astronauts Sergey Ryzhikov and Sergey Kud-Sverchkov. Rubins is a microbiologist, who in 2016 became the first person to take DNA into space.

The three astronauts have been stationed in space since mid -October 2020. Bringing the three astronauts back to earth on a Russian flight, marked the end of Russia’s dependence on the United States.

Brother Sam’s country is currently trying to revive its ability to fly its own crew so that it is hoped that it can save the cost of sending astronauts into space .
